 Takes care of starting of a new Bhakti Vriksha group
 Attends to immediate problems of BV, if any.
 Organizes Siksa karyakrams and distribution of certificate
 Helps devotees for the preparation of taking shelter and Diksa.
 Helps devotees to setup the Puja alter at their home.
 Organizes programs like Street Sankirtan, Tours to Holy places etc.
 Publishes all preaching materials like leaflets, pamphlets, folders, banners etc.
